Bloodborne 60 FPS Patch Has Been Ported to PlayStation 5

In 2021, hacker Lance McDonald released an unofficial Bloodborne 60 FPS patch, enhancing FromSoftware’s popular action role-playing game. Now, even those with a (hacked) PlayStation 5 can enjoy the game’s 60 FPS experience without compromising visual quality.

Today, Lance McDonald himself, reported that his patch has been adapted to run on hacked PlayStation 5 consoles. He shared a video showcasing the game running smoothly at a locked 60 frames per second and 1080p resolution on a retail console.

Despite its status as one of FromSoftware’s most acclaimed games, Bloodborne has not been ported to any other gaming system. The gaming community has been buzzing with rumors of a remaster or remake, but no official announcement has been made. As of now, the only way to embark on the hauntingly beautiful journey of the hunter through the city of Yarnham is by playing the game on PlayStation 4. However, the RPCSX emulator has recently made progress in emulating the game on PC, opening up new possibilities.

Bloodborne is currently available on PlayStation 4 worldwide. We will keep you updated on any news regarding the rumored remaster. Stay tuned for the latest updates.
