Dragon Ball Super Card Game has announced exciting details about their upcoming expansion set for December 2023, featuring a new God Rare card.
Bandai has released the highly anticipated new expansion for the Dragon Ball Super Card Game. Initially, it was believed to be named “Zenkai Series – Resurgence,” but it has now been officially titled “Zenkai Series – Wild Resurgence.” This expansion is the fourth in the Zenkai Series and the 21st overall in the Dragon Ball Super Card Game. A special highlight of this set is the inclusion of a God Rare card, the first since September 2022’s “Dawn of the Z-Legends” Bardock GDR. Zenkai Series – Wild Resurgence will feature content from the Golden Frieza Saga, the Z-era movie “Dead Zone,” the Baby Saga from GT, and The Cell Games.

God Rare cards are incredibly rare and their distribution in booster boxes cannot be determined. For example, a booster box contains five Super Rare cards and two Special Rares. In a case of twelve booster boxes, only two will have a Secret Rare card. However, there is no guarantee of a God Rare card per box, making it impossible to predict their rarity.
