Ubisoft has partnered with OWO to revolutionize the gaming experience by incorporating physical sensations into Ubisoft’s game portfolio. The collaboration begins with Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the latest installment in the beloved franchise. Through the OWO Haptic Gaming System, players will be able to feel exclusive sensations and immerse themselves in the world of the game like never before.
The OWO Haptic Gaming System, available exclusively with the Assassin’s Creed Mirage Edition, allows players to join Basim, a street thief haunted by visions, on his quest for justice and answers. The haptic suit will replicate the impacts felt by the in-game avatar, providing a truly immersive experience. Additionally, the suit will feature an exclusive ACM skin that resembles Basim’s outfit. Initially, the ACM Edition will be sold exclusively on OWO’s official website, and later it will be available as a bundle with the Assassin’s Creed Mirage game through various retailers.

Fabian Salomon, the lead producer at Ubisoft Bordeaux, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, “By leveraging OWO’s technologies and expertise, we can immerse players in the world, sounds, and sensations of Assassin’s Creed Mirage in an innovative and enhanced way. We look forward to players discovering and enjoying Basim’s story with the power of OWO.”

While the release date and price for the haptic suit have not been revealed yet, it will be compatible with the PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S versions of Assassin’s Creed Mirage. OWO’s regular edition haptic vest is priced at approximately $560 and is available in nine sizes, weighing less than 1.3 pounds.
Apart from Assassin’s Creed Mirage, OWO’s haptic vest currently supports 25 other games, including popular titles like Fortnite, Rocket League, Halo Infinite, Apex Legends, and League of Legends.
