Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, have since carved out a new life in Montecito, California with their two children, son Archie and daughter Lilibet.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made global headlines after their tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey which aired in March.
In their explosive sit down chat, the couple explained what led them to quit royal life and to leave the UK.
The Star Trek actress suggested that the move was “ill-advised” and the pair should not have aired their “dirty laundry”.

The 66-year-old said she was in agreement with Prince Albert II of Monaco who previously suggested that the royal couple’s Oprah interview did not have to be “laid out in the public sphere”.
She has also claimed that it will be difficult for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to return as royals.
“I worry now that there is no way back for them,” she explained. “We loved Harry. I loved him.”
She added: “With the Invictus Games, his mental health work, and insisting on going to Afghanistan when he was in the army when he wanted to do his bit.”
She added: “I think they were ill-advised in doing this.”
During the candid interview, which took place in an undisclosed location in Los Angeles, the pair opened up about the difficulties they faced as senior royals.
Prince Harry previously shared more insight in two more in-depth interviews including Dax Shephard’s podcast Armchair Expert where he compared royal life to the Truman Show.
Marina also addressed the social media backlash she faced after the actress tweeted about Piers Morgan’s comments directed towards Meghan on Good Morning Britain.
