Indian Premier League Suspended Indefinitely After 2 Players Test Positive for Covid-19


The Indian Premier League has garnered a lot of mixed reviews this season. People have called out not just the BCCI but also the players for being a part of it while the country has been fighting a deadly pandemic. 

But now the league seems to have come to an indefinite halt as two players from Sunrisers Hyderabad tested positive. Following that, the Chennai Super Kings, lead by MS Dhoni appealed to suspend all games till the players all players who may have come in contact have tested negative and been in isolation. 

There was also talk of shifting the entire league to Mumbai and avoid any travelling but with these two reported cases, the IPL has come to an indefinite halt and will only resume once all players and faculty are satisfied with the functions hereon.
