Sunny Deol’s son Karan Deol is all set to marry his girlfriend Drisha Acharya on June 18, and their wedding festivities are in full swing. The couple hosted a grand sangeet ceremony in Mumbai last night, which was attended by the Deol Khandaan, close friends, and celebrities from the B-Town. The paparazzi captured Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, his wife Tanya Deol, Abhay Deol, Ranveer Singh, and his family, among other celebrities at the event.
Displaying his passion for films at his son Karan Deol’s sangeet ceremony, Sunny Deol arrived dressed as his iconic character Tara Singh from the film ‘Gadar’. His ensemble included a grey kurta, patiala salwaar, brown blazer, and black shoes. To complete his ethnic look, he wore a light brown turban. Sunny took center stage and captivated the audience with his performance, dancing to the iconic song ‘Main Nikla Gaddi Leke’ from Gadar alongside the ladies from his family.
Dharmendra also showed off his dance moves, grooving with Karan Deol to the title track of the film ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ amid loud cheers. Dressed in a suit, Dharmendra was soon joined by his son Sunny Deol, who hugged him on stage.
Ranveer Singh also graced the stage, performing with Karan Deol. They danced to the song ‘Dil Legayi Kudi Gujarat Di.’ Ranveer attended the pre-wedding function on Friday night with his mother, father, and sister. However, his wife Deepika Padukone was not present.
Bobby Deol and his wife Tanya stole the show with their dance performance to Bobby’s iconic song ‘Humko Sirf Tumse Pyaar Hai’. Bobby wore an off-white Kurta, while Tanya looked elegant and beautiful in a netted yellow lehenga. The couple even posed together, displaying their strong bond at the event.
The sangeet ceremony took place at Mumbai’s Taj Lands End. Karan and Drisha Acharya’s wedding festivities began with a roka ceremony on Monday night, and videos and pictures from the festivities have been trending. Sunny, Bobby, and cousin Abhay Deol also posed together at the roka ceremony. Karan and Drisha are excited to tie the knot on June 18 after being in a long-term relationship.
