Experienced wicketkeeper Matthew Wade has been named captain of Australia for their five-match T20 international series against India.
Meanwhile, Cameron Green, Mitchell Marsh, Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood will sit the out the November/December series as the Test summer approaches.
Wade comes into the role in the interim, with the Australians yet to find a permanent replacement for Aaron Finch, who retired in February.

He takes over from Mitch Marsh, who captained the side for three matches in South Africa in August.
David Warner and Steve Smith headline inclusions for the series, after they missed the South Africa matches earlier in the year.
Chair of selectors George Bailey spoke of the excitement of Wade leading the Australians through another key series, throwing his support behind the veteran gloveman.

“Matthew has captained the team previously, is a leader in the group and we look forward to him taking the reins for this series,” Bailey said in a statement on Saturday.
“Like Mitch Marsh in the South Africa series, this is another great opportunity to further deepen our international leadership experience and depth.”
Ashton Agar was not selected due to injury.
