The device also showcases Hasselblad branding, indicating a continued partnership with the renowned camera company.
Other notable features include a faux leather back, a physical alert slider, a front-facing camera on the outer display, and an offset front-facing camera when the device is folded. The renders also suggest a power button integrated into the metal frame, possibly serving as a fingerprint sensor.
It’s important to note that OnePlus’ folding phone differs from Oppo’s current foldable offering, the Oppo Find N2. The OnePlus Fold leans towards a taller form factor, striking a balance between Oppo’s design and Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4.
As for the specifications, the OnePlus Fold is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm’s yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It is expected to feature a 2K 120Hz LTPO AMOLED screen, a 50MP main camera, a 32MP front-facing camera, and a 4,800mAh battery with 100W ‘SuperVOOC’ fast-charging.
