Oppo’s latest smartphone, the Oppo K11 5G, is set to launch in China on July 25, serving as the successor to the Oppo K10 5G. The previous model, unveiled in April 2022, featured a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired SuperVOOC fast charging support. While the company has teased the price and key specifications of the Oppo K11 5G, additional details have been leaked by a reliable tipster.
In a recent post on Weibo, Bobee Liu, Oppo China President, revealed that the Oppo K11 5G will be priced around CNY 2,000 (approximately Rs. 22,900) and confirmed that it will feature a flagship-level camera. The phone is also confirmed to come with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor. It will be available in Glacier Blue and Moon Shadow Gray color options. Speculation suggests that the phone is aiming to compete with the Honor X50, which starts at CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs. 15,900) for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Furthermore, the company has revealed the color options and design of the Oppo K11 5G. The phone will showcase a flat display and a 2.8D curved back with rounded edges. The back panel will house a triple rear camera setup with two slightly raised circular cutouts and an LED flash unit. The volume rocker and power button will be located on the right edge. The phone will measure 8.23mm in thickness and weigh 184 grams.
The triple camera setup is expected to include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor along with an 8-megapixel and a 2-megapixel sensor. The selfie camera will feature a 16-megapixel sensor, according to tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd). The phone is also rumored to come with a Snapdragon 782G SoC, a 6.7-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, LPDDR4x RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of battery, the Oppo K11 5G will likely pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support. It will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and offer NFC connectivity. Other additional features include an X-axis haptic motor, an IR blaster, and dual speakers.
