The girl alleges that while under the influence, two boys at the party sexually assaulted her next to the pool.
The lawsuit accuses Norman and Kutner of failing to ensure the girl’s safety, well-being, and sobriety by providing alcohol to her and the other teenagers. The lawsuit seeks damages for pain, suffering, mental anguish, and loss of enjoyment.
