The leaked render of Samsung’s upcoming flagship foldable phone, the Galaxy Z Fold 5, has been unveiled by MySmartPrice.
These renders provide a glimpse of the phone’s features and design changes, including the placement of the USB Type-C port, speaker grills, and microphone, which are similar to the previous Fold 4 model.
Notably, the render shows a reduced gap between the two halves of the screen when folded, suggesting the use of a ‘water-drop’ hinge that minimizes screen creasing and allows for a flatter fold.
Additionally, the LED flash has been relocated next to the camera setup, and the bezels on the internal display appear slimmer.
The Z Fold 5 is currently undergoing testing for durability, with an expected thinner and lighter design compared to its predecessors.
More information about the device will likely be released closer to its launch in late July.
