However, as you progress in the game, you’ll have the chance to select a secondary archetype to enhance your skills. The great thing is, you can change your main and secondary archetypes at any time. Unlocking the other starting archetypes in Remnant II involves obtaining their engram and bringing it to Wallace to craft a unique equippable item. Wallace can be found at the docks in a shack located about halfway up the stairs. Please note that crafting each archetype item requires Lumenite Crystals x10 and Scrap 1,500, which may be scarce in the early stages of the game. Therefore, it’s wise to be selective in your choices.
To acquire the engrams for each starting archetype in Ward 13, follow these steps:
1. Challenger: Purchase the Old Metal Tool from Reggie, who can be found playing chess with Mudtooth in the common area behind a building. Take the tool to Wallace to craft the Steel Enswell.
2. Handler: Purchase the Old Whistle from Mudtooth, who is playing chess with Reggie in the common area. Take the whistle to Wallace to craft the Silent Whistle.
3. Hunter: Purchase the War Medal from Brabas, who can be found standing or walking around the firing range. Take the medal to Wallace to craft the Sniper War Medal.
4. Medic: Purchase the Medic Pin from Doc Norah at the medical bay behind the World Stone. Take the pin to Wallace to craft the Caduceus Idol.
