The July 2023 edition of Dragon Ball Super Card Game Value Watch focuses on the Fighter’s Ambition expansion and its Secret Rare cards.

The value of Cell Max, Deliverer of Despair SCR has increased slightly to $120 this month. Black Smoke Dragon, Accumulated Negativity SR has also increased by $3. Apart from these changes, the value of this set remains relatively unchanged.
