Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives is upping the stakes and its cast as it gets ready with the third season. Neetu Kapoor’s daughter and Ranbir Kapoor’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni has joined the show along with two new ‘wives’, all from Delhi. Philanthropist Shalini Passi, wife of chairman of PASCO group Sanjay Passi, and entrepreneur Kalyani Saha Chawla will join show veterans Maheep Kapoor, Neelam Kothari Soni, Seema Sajdeh and Bhavana Pandey as the show pits Delhi against Mumbai.
A few months back, Maheep Kapoor’s husband Sanjay Kapoor had shared that almost 80 percent of the new season had been shot.
Talking about joining the show, Riddhima shared at the event, “I am a Mumbai ki Mulgi who got married in Delhi and became Dilli ki billi. Mumbai is my house, but Delhi is amazing.” To this, Neelam jumped in and said, “Mumbai is undoubtedly the best.”
When asked who from Delhi and Mumbai is more brand conscious, Shalini added, “In Delhi, people wear brands for themselves, in Mumbai, people do so to show the paparazzi. Delhi people have private social media accounts.” Reacting to this, Bhavna said, “We don’t need brands, we are the brands.” Neelam also added, “If Delhi has the drama, Mumbai has the queens.”
In 2020, the first season of Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives landed where Neelam Kothari, Bhavna Pandey, Seema Sajdeh, and Maheep Kapoor documented what went on in their lives on the periphery of Bollywood stardom. The season had Karan Johar and Gauri Khan making appearances. In season 2 of the show, the four wives again gave viewers a peek into ther lives and the film world, with Ranveer Singh and Shweta Bachchan also showing up. Now, season 3 has been announced by the Netflix team and this time it will be the wives of Mumbai vs the wives of Delhi.
