This plea challenges the Delhi High Court’s decision to stay the bail previously granted to him by the trial court in the Delhi excise policy case, which is under investigation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). On Tuesday, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) interrogated Kejriwal in Tihar Jail and recorded his statements related to the case. Additionally, the CBI received approval to present Kejriwal before the trial court on Wednesday, where they are expected to request his custody. According to AAP sources, Kejriwal has not been arrested yet.
