The Telugu film industry and fans are filled with excitement and joy as they commemorate the tremendous achievement of Allu Arjun, who won the National Award for Best Actor for his performance in Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1. He is reportedly the first Telugu actor to win the honour.
As he made his way to the stage to accept his award, Arjun was greeted with a resounding applause from actors and technicians from the entertainment industry. The esteemed presence of President Droupadi Murmu and the Minister of Information and Broadcasting Anurag Thakur added to the momentous occasion.
Allu Sneha Reddy, the proud wife, expressed her happiness on her husband’s major victory through her Instagram account. She shared some pictures of her candid moments which showcased her pinning the brooch on Arjun’s bandhgala and walking with him through the corridors of Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi.
Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “A special day, a momentous memory! Your commitment to your work has always been a delight to watch (star emoji) Etched with love and admiration (white heart emoji).”
After his felicitation ceremony, Arjun took to Instagram and shared the numerous congratulatory posts he had received throughout the day. The Telugu film industry is buzzing with excitement over the significant nature of his victory, as shown by the messages from actors Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Rana Daggubati, Shriya Saran, and filmmakers Atlee and Gunasekhar.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Arjun is currently preparing for Pushpa: The Rule. Scheduled to release during the Independence Day weekend in 2024, the movie will feature the same star cast as the previous film, which includes Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna.
