The stunning 28-chauk jaal Rangkat saree is adorned with intricate floral motifs and vibrant zari threads in a beautiful palette of orange, blue, green, and pink.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are all set to tie the knot today, July 12. Ahead of the grand celebrations at the Jio World Convention Centre, Nita Ambani impressed fashion enthusiasts with a bespoke multi-coloured Banarasi saree from Manish Malhotra. Her Banarasi saree pays an ode to the holy city of Kashi or Varanasi.

The 28-chauk jaal Rangkat saree features delicate floral motifs and vibrant zari hues in shades of orange, blue, green and pink. The saree, crafted by select weavers of our country, was completed within a time frame of six months. Nita Ambani paired her saree with a light green blouse adorned with heavy golden embroidery. The blouse features semi-sleeves and an open back with tie-up details in multiple shades.

This special piece is designed by Manish Malhotra in collaboration with Swadesh and Manish Malhotra World. Her overall outfit pays tribute to India’s rich cultural heritage by re-imagining the holy city of Varanasi. It also pays homage to India’s master artisans and their incredible craftsmanship.

Nita Ambani accessorised her look with large emerald jhumkis, a statement ring, and pink and golden bangles. For her glam, Nita opted for a subtle look with smokey eye shadow, smudged kajal, thick eyeliner, mascara-coated lashes, and defined brows. A hint of blush, glossy lipstick, and a small red bindi completed her ensemble. Nita’s hair was styled by hairstylist Amit Thakur, who opted for a chic, classic braid adorned with white carnation flowers.

Manish Malhotra shared a video on Instagram showcasing Nita Ambani’s visit to Varanasi. The video captures her seeking blessings from Kashi Vishwanath for the new couple. “Throughout Anant and Radhika’s wedding celebrations, we have tried to pay tribute to India’s glorious culture and heritage brought alive by thousands of artisans, karigars, weavers, and craftsmen,” Nita said in the video.

The clip also shows the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) adorned in the themes of Kashi. The venue’s decor was entirely managed by talented artisans, karigars and craftsmen from Varanasi.
