One noteworthy detail is that the Asus ROG Ally will have international support for all units sold in India. This means that buyers of the ROG Ally in India will have access to various forms of international customer support for their consoles.

Availability of Asus ROG Ally in India

In addition, Asus India has announced that the ROG Ally will be available at all Republic of Gamers (ROG) stores in India. Interested buyers can visit their nearest ROG store to experience a demo of the handheld gaming console. Furthermore, each ROG store will have units in stock and ready for purchase.

Recently, Khumail Thakur from Stuff India tweeted that initially, there will be 2,500 units of the Asus ROG Ally available in India at launch. Release Date of ROG Ally Z1 in India

Asus India will launch the ROG Ally on July 12 with the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme CPU, which is the top-tier model of the handheld console. This version comes with 16GB DDR5 RAM and 512GB PCIe 4.0 storage. Internationally, the company has introduced another variant of the Ally with lower-end hardware. Both models have similar specifications, except for the CPU. The ROG Ally with the Z1 Extreme CPU is the higher-end model and features a significantly more powerful CPU at its core.

Currently, the release date for the ROG Ally with the Ryzen Z1 is unknown as the company is only launching the Z1 Extreme variant. Additionally, this higher-end variant is more expensive than the base model of the console. Asus India stated that they may consider launching the Z1 variant soon after assessing the demand for a cheaper version in India.
