Benjamin Netanyahu takes Elon Musk on tour of Israel’s Kibbutz Kfar Aza attacked by Hamas on October 7

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday took entrepreneur Elon Musk on a tour of the Kfar Aza kibbutz near the border with Gaza where Hamas terrorists launched its attack on October 7.

A statement by Netanyhau’s office said he showed Musk the “horrors of the massacre at the kibbutz” which was carried out by Hamas terrorists in its surprise attack. They went to the young people’s neighbourhood on the kibbutz which suffered most of the horrors in the attack, added the Prime Minister’s office.

A picture shared by Netanyahu showed them standing over an empty crib along with a local council official and a representative from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

Netanyahu also showed Elon Musk the houses of Israeli residents who were killed by Hamas. The resident of one such houses was a four-year-old Israeli-American girl, Abigail Edan, whose parents were killed by the terrorists.

She was taken hostage by Hamas and was only released on Sunday, as part of the third batch of hostages.

Her release was announced by US President Joe Biden who expressed deep sorrow for what the young girl had to endure, describing it as “unthinkable.”

Hamas terrorists had stormed the kibbutz on October 7 as part of its attack on Israel when they killed around 1,200 people and abducted over 240. In response to that attack, Israel has vowed to destroy Hamas and bombarded Gaza where around 14,800 Palestinians have been killed, according to health authorities at the enclave.

Elon Musk visited Israel on Monday where it was agreed that his company SpaceX would not activate ‘Starlink’ satellite internet services in Gaza without approval from the Israeli government.
