Eating fruits directly rather than juices is better for health.

As per experts, non-vegetarians should not eat too much meat and should not exceed 46 grams per day.

We all know that a proper diet is very important for us to stay fit and healthy. But nowadays, due to our busy lifestyles, we often ignore our right diet and healthy food. Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) has shared some diets to keep our bodies healthy. Let’s take a look.

1. Are you 40 years old? Recently, the World Health Organization has revealed many reasons why those who have reached the age of 40 are more prone to heart attack, cancer, stroke, diabetes and BP. The main reason for this is food habits. WHO suggested that 40-year-olds should take care of their health. Although the number of deaths due to the changed food habits in 2008 was low, by 2030 the number of deaths will be in crores, warned the medical experts of the World Health Organization.

2. If you do not take health precautions in your eating habits immediately, there is a big threat. You should immediately follow the rules of diet and have an understanding of what food to take and how much. As per experts, non-vegetarians should not eat too much meat and should not exceed 46 grams per day. One should not consume more than 200 to 300 grams of meat in a week.

3. Along with this, dairy products containing fat should not exceed 150 grams. Medical experts also warned about things like chips. People who have a habit of eating chips should eat no more than 30 grams per day, and those who have a habit of eating junk food should also eat only 30 grams. Fried rice eaters have also been warned that consuming more than 9 grams of fried food is dangerous for their health.

4. Moreover, the doctors have advised those who like to eat bakery food items to also be careful. Those who eat cakes, puffs and biscuits should not take more than 7 grams of food under any circumstances. Those who are in the habit of drinking cool drinks should immediately stop it. If more than 57 millilitres are consumed, there is a high chance of getting ill.

5. Also, those who consume sweets, ice creams, and fruit juices should consume these foods in moderation, and eating fruits directly rather than fruit juices is better for health.
