Forza Horizon 5 is set to receive a special addition from the upcoming Barbie movie – Barbie’s iconic pink Corvette.
Microsoft has announced that players will be able to race in the classic 1956 Chevrolet Corvette EV Corvette, bringing Barbie’s signature style to the game.
In an official statement, Kirsten Ward, Vice President of Xbox integrated marketing, expressed excitement for honoring Barbie’s role model status and all that she represents, including her optimism, versatile career, and endless self-discovery.
But that’s not all! In addition to Barbie’s Corvette, players will also have the opportunity to cruise around Mexico in Ken’s 2022 GMC Hummer EV Pickup.

Both vehicles are now available for download to all players in Forza Horizon 5 through the in-game Message Center. Once downloaded, the cars will appear in your in-game garage.
In addition to these exciting rides, Microsoft is partnering with Warner Bros. Pictures and Mattel to highlight opportunities for women in the gaming industry through a special video.
Kirsten Ward emphasized the importance of showcasing different career paths in gaming, featuring personal stories and connections to Barbie. The special video will debut on July 14th during a livestream event from the World of Barbie, where hosts will also race in Barbie and Ken rides from the movie within Forza Horizon 5.
And if that’s not enough, there’s a chance to win a custom Xbox Series S inspired by Barbie’s dreamhouse.
Starting from July 10th, you can enter a prize draw for a chance to win the custom Xbox Series S. The Barbie movie will be released in the UK on July 21, 2023.
