Dharmendra Agrawal said that this ice cream has been made keeping in mind the scorching heat. It is the biggest ice cream in Bikaner. This kulfi has been made with a desire to do something new. Dharmendra said he made two kulfis of 7 kg each. One kulfi is 2 feet long. It is a fun kulfi, it is fun to eat and dispel the heat. This one kulfi cannot be eaten by one person but by two to three people together.

Dharmendra said that he made kulfi in two different flavours. It took him two days to make. One is orange kulfi to which orange colour, sugar and lemon juice have been added. The other is a sweet and sour kulfi. Pineapple syrup, sugar and colour have been added to it.

Dharmendra is known for his strange experiments with food. Earlier, he has also made a 15 kg samosa. He has also made 151 different golgappas, 56 kg of potato tikki and 51 types of kanji bada. Through Golgappas, he also conveyed the message of voter awareness during elections.

Other than kulfi, Bikaner is also famous for sweets. One of the sweet dishes that is beneficial for health and carries numerous other advantages is Gond Giri Ladoo. It is made in large numbers in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The sweet experiences huge demand during festive seasons, as people send these to their relatives who are living abroad. One of the main specialities of this sweet is that it does not get spoiled for many days.
