Cuban Espresso is also known as Café Cubano or Cafecito. It is said to have originated in Cuba. It’s made with sugar and dark roast coffee and usually sweetened with natural brown sugar. While the coffee is brewing, the sugar is added and quickly stirred with a spoon to create a creamy froth. Either an electric or stovetop espresso machine is used to brew it.

On the other hand, Indian Filter Coffee is brewed using a simple and effective Indian coffee filter machine. This machine is made of two chambers of stainless steel. The upper one is used to hold ground coffee, and in the bottom chamber, the brewed coffee is slowly dripped. In South India, filter coffee is quite popular.

A lot of people leave the filter in place overnight so that when they get up in the morning, their coffee is ready. Warm milk and sugar are added to make this mixture. This coffee is served in a tiny brass or steel tumbler along with a smaller saucer known as a dabara. But this Coffee is frequently poured from one vessel to another to create froth before serving.
