Meanwhile, the Delhi CM has moved the Supreme Court, seeking an urgent hearing challenging the Delhi HC order. The top court is expected to hear the matter on Friday morning. The division bench of the Delhi HC had heard Kejriwal’s application for interim relief, challenging the summons issued to him in the excise policy case by the ED and the validity of certain provisions of the PMLA. The HC had noted: “At this stage we are not inclined to pass such an order”.
