Lava Blaze Curve 5G to go on sale on March 11 in India: Check more details here

Indian smartphone maker Lava launched its latest offering, the Blaze Curve 5G on Tuesday.

According to Lava, the device boasts a 6.67-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor and the company claims that it can achieve an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 570,000.

It offers 8GB RAM and two options — 128 GB and 256 GB — for storage. The storage is also said to have up to 100% faster app opening rates.

The device features a premium AG Glass Back design and houses a 64MP primary rear camera, accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP Macro lens. On the front, it sports a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calls.

Equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery, the Blaze Curve 5G supports fast charging with a 33W charger.

Speaking on the launch, Sunil Raina, Managing Director of Lava International, said, “Developed to meet the aspirations of Indian consumers in the sub-20K price range, our aim with the Blaze series is to provide a world-class experience to our customers.”

While the Blaze Curve 5G comes with a bloatware-free, ad-free, and clean user interface, it still runs on Android 13. However, Lava is assuring two generations of Android upgrades (up to Android 15) along with quarterly security updates for three years.

With a starting price of 17,999, the Blaze Curve 5G will be available for purchase on Amazon.in, Lava E-store, and across Lava Retail Network starting March 11 at noon, in two colour variants — Iron Glass and Viridian Glass.
