Both sehri and iftar are essential components of a Muslim’s fasting day since it’s critical to provide the body with the proper nutrients to keep it active during the whole day.

Strive to eat a balanced meal that includes fibre, healthy fats, protein, carbs, and all the vitamins and minerals you need throughout Ramadan. You may include wholegrain rice, nuts, eggs, oats, and wholemeal bread in your diet. But the most crucial thing to remember is to incorporate dates in your diet at both meals.

General Tips For Observing Ramadan

General tips for Ramadan include planning in advance, getting sufficient rest, and making healthy food choices for the pre-dawn meal (sehri). It is recommended that you consume slow-energy-releasing meals such as grains, oats, beans, and protein, as well as stay hydrated. When breaking your fast, strive for a well-balanced meal.
