Rift Apart v1.808.0.0 Patch Enbles Ray Tracing on AMD GPUs, Improves Visuals and More

A new update has been released today for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, bringing exciting improvements to the game. The patch enables ray tracing on AMD GPUs, enhancing ray-traced reflections and shadows, among other features.

If you are using the new Adrenalin Edition 23.10.23.03 driver, Patch v1.808.0.0 allows ray tracing on all AMD GPUs. As a result, the system requirements have been updated to include recommendations for AMD GPUs.

In addition to the ray tracing support, the patch introduces various visual enhancements, optimizations, and stability improvements based on feedback and data from developer Nixxes’ crash reporting system. You can find the complete patch notes below.

  • Addressed visual corruption on UI screens for certain AMD and Intel GPUs.
  • Corrected visual corruption in Newsprint and Home Move rendering modes.
  • Armor list no longer jumps back to the top after selecting an item.
  • Various bug fixes, stability improvements, and optimizations.
