Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, directed by Karan Johar, is an eagerly anticipated film scheduled for release this year. Featuring the talented duo Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, this movie marks Johar’s return to the director’s chair after a seven-year hiatus. Keeping fans hooked, the makers have been sharing behind-the-scenes videos from the film’s shoot. Recently, Dharma Productions unveiled a fun-filled video showcasing the playful moments captured while filming the song “Tum Kya Mile” in the picturesque snow-capped landscapes of Kashmir.
The video begins with Karan Johar singing a fun rendition of “Disco Deewane,” now titled “Dharma Deewane.” As the video progresses, it highlights the hilarious incidents that took place during the shoot of “Tum Kya Mile” featuring Ranveer and Alia. In one scene, Alia can be seen getting frustrated as she struggles to sync with the background performers. The video also captures Ranveer Singh giving a massage to the choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant, humorously following her instructions on where to apply pressure on her shoulder. Later, Ranveer surprises Karan with a massage of his own.
Dharma Productions shared the video on Instagram with the caption, “It’s a whole different kahaani on-set. Before you meet them on-screen, here’s a glimpse of all the unfiltered moments off-screen #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani, a film by Karan Johar in his 25th anniversary year, in cinemas 28th July.”
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is set to release on July 28 and features stellar performances by Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi. The trailer and the romantic ballad “Tum Kya Mile” sung by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal have already been released, promising audiences an enchanting romantic drama. Ranveer will play the character Rocky Randhawa, while Alia will portray Rani Chatterjee.
This film also marks the second collaboration of Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh after their successful pairing in the film Gully Boy. On the work front, Alia recently appeared in the film Darlings on Netflix, while Ranveer enthralled audiences with his performance in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus.
