An old video of Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya’s wedding has surfaced online in which the two can be seen taking vows in a Christian ceremony. In video shows Samantha dressed in a beautiful white gown as she talks about her ‘prince charming’ Naga Chaitanya and breaks down. She calls him the “greatest man” and adds that he will be a “perfect” father one day.
“Like how all arguments will be resolved without a change of tone and how I’m never allowed to get away with anything but crying. But because of you I can feel myself slowly and surely becoming what I have always dreamt of being. You are the greatest man I have ever known and I know that one day you will be a perfect father to our beautiful child. I’ll choose you in a hundred lives and a hundred worlds and in any reality. I choose you,” she says.

Interestingly, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya’s wedding video surfaced online days after the latter got engaged to Sobhita Dhulipala. They exchanged rings on August 8, 2024. It was an intimate ceremony at Chaitanya’s home, attended only by close family members. Sharing their first official pictures online, Naga Chaitanya’s father, superstar Nagarjuna wrote, “We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.! We are overjoyed to welcome her into our family. Congratulations to the happy couple! Wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness. God bless! ❤️ 8.8.8 A beginning of infinite love ❤️.”
Later, the couple also shared new romantic pictures from their engagement ceremony and wrote, “What could my mother be to yours? What kin is my father to yours anyway? And how did you and I meet ever? But in love, our hearts are as red earth and pouring rain: mingled beyond parting.”
Reportedly, the couple is now planning for a destination wedding next year.
