HOW TO PLAY THE SHILLONG LOTTERY
In the Shillong Teer game, there are two rounds, each lasting approximately two minutes. Professional archers fire thirty arrows in the first round and twenty arrows in the second round.
Participants can bet on the number of arrows hitting the target, choosing any number between 0 and 99. Correct predictions in either round result in a win. Lottery tickets are available at licensed venues, with prices ranging from Rs 1 to Rs 50.
The prize money is based on both the betting amount and the accuracy of the participant’s predictions. For example, if a player makes a bet of Rs 1 in the first and correctly predicts its result, then he stands a chance to win Rs 80. Similarly, a correct prediction with a Rs 1 bet in the second round could lead to an earning of Rs 60. Just by placing a Rs 1 bet on each round and making solid predictions about both results, players have the potential to win up to Rs 4,000.
