Shyam Metalics & Energy | The steel maker on Tuesday launched its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) with a base issue size of ₹1,152 crore. The company is eyeing an increased issue size of ₹1,385.3 crore, incorporating the green shoe option. The indicative price for the QIP is set at a discount of 10.4% to the closing price and 3.6% to the SEBI floor price.

Hero MotoCorp | The two-wheeler maker on Tuesday reported a 5% rise in its total sales at 54.99 lakh units in 2023 as compared to 52.47 lakh units sold in the previous year. In December 2023, total sales were marginally down at 3,93,952 units as against 3,94,179 units in the year-ago month.
