Gamescout discovered that the description of an Xbox Series S and Starfield bundle indicated that pre-loading would be available after August 9. However, this date has yet to be confirmed by Bethesda or Microsoft.
If the pre-loading option does become available, players will have nearly a month to download Starfield onto their PC, Xbox Series X, or Xbox Series S.
