- The ICE Curvv will get six exterior paint schemes
The Tata Curvv is all set to make its global debut on 7 August, 2024. Tata’s first coupe SUV will be offered in petrol, diesel, and EV guise and will compete in the mid-size SUV segment space in the market. Now, ahead of its launch, we have got the images of the Tata Curvv ICE in a new Flame Red colour.
The Tata Curvv will be offered with six exterior paint hues, namely, Flame Red, Opera Blue, Cosmic Gold, Pristine White, Daytona Grey, and Pure Grey. All these colours will be offered with dual-tone paint schemes as well.
As seen in the picture, the Curvv will flaunt its coupe-like body style with its raked rear profile. Some of the design highlights include flush-fitting door handles, squared-off wheel arches, integrated twin rear spoiler, chunky black cladding all around, panoramic sunroof, 18-inch flower-patterned alloy wheels, and connected LED taillamps. Overall, the Curvv looks futuristic and carries most of the design character from its concept version.
Up front, the Curvv will have a similar Tata face with connected LED DRLs, split LED headlamps, and a chrome-studded split grille.
As for the features, the Curvv will be one of the most feature-rich SUVs in its class. It will come loaded with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, wireless smartphone connectivity, touch-based HVAC panel, twin-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo, ventilated front seats, digital driver’s display, and a revised centre console. Also on offer will be features such as a powered driver seat, two-step recline function for the rear row, 360-degree surround camera, Level 2 ADAS suite, and a powered tailgate with gesture function.
Moreover, in terms of safety, the Tata Curvv will be in line with the latest SUVs from the maker as it is all set to receive a five-star safety rating in BNCAP tests.
Mechanically, the Tata Curvv in its ICE form will be offered with two petrol and a sole diesel engine. While the 1.5-litre diesel and 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engines have been carried over from Nexon, the new 1.2-litre TGDi will make its production debut with the Curvv. Notably, all the engines will come paired with a six-speed manual and a seven-speed DCT gearbox.
