If you’re not familiar with Rinaro, let me introduce you to this exceptional Ukrainian acoustic engineering company. Rinaro is the technical partner behind the highly acclaimed and luxurious Meze Audio Lyric, Elite, and Empyrean headphones. It’s crucial to understand that anything produced by this company is far from a mere toy.
Now, if you’re too young to remember the exciting launch of the collectible toy Bearbrick back in 2001, then we might not be on the same page. Bearbrick, stylized as BE@RBRICK, became synonymous with Y2K fashion and gained a massive following through its various sizes and adorable iterations. Originally given as a gift at the World Character Convention 12 in Tokyo, Bearbrick is still manufactured by its creator, the Japanese company MediCom Toy.
Jokes aside, the collaboration between MediCom Toy and Rinaro seems peculiar, but it has resulted in the creation of a remarkable high-end Bearbrick Audio Portable Bluetooth Speaker.
This Bluetooth speaker is the first of its kind, mirroring the 400% size of a standard Bearbrick. To clarify, a regular Bearbrick measures 7cm in height and is commonly referred to as a 100% Bearbrick. Other Bearbricks are named according to their size relative to the standard one: 50% Bearbricks are 4cm tall, 70% are 5cm tall, 400% are 28cm tall, and 1000% are a whopping 70cm tall.
