Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Dividend 2024, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Q4 Results 2024: Ujjivan Small Finance Bank (SFB), on Saturday, May 18, 2024, declared the earnings for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024. Along with the financial report, the bank also announced a dividend of 15 per cent per share for its investors.

Along with the earnings report for Q4 FY24, the Board of Directors of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has also recommended payment of a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share on the equity share of Rs 10 each face value for the year ended March 31, 2024.
“…we hereby inform that, the Board of Directors of the Bank, in its meeting held today on May 18, 2024, has recommended Final Equity Dividend of 15% i.e. ₹1.50 each, per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each, out of the net profits for the year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Bank,” Ujjivan SFB said in an exchange filing today.

The record date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive dividend on equity shares shall be intimated in due course, Ujjivan SFB said in the exchange filing.
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Q4 Results 2024
Ujjivan, on Saturday, said its net profit jumped 7 per cent to Rs 330 crore in Q4 FY24 against Rs 310 crore in the same quarter the corresponding year.
The bank’s NII grew 26 per cent in the quarter under review to Rs 934 crore from Rs 738 crore in Q4 FY23. PPOP increased 26 per cent to Rs 519 crore in Q4 FY24 versus Rs 411 crore in the January-March quarter of FY23.
Provision increased by 26 per cent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to stand at Rs 79 crore in Q$ FY24 against Rs 63 crore in the last quarter of FY24. GNPA increased 5 bps to 2.23 per cent in Q4 FY24 against 2.18 per cent in Q3 FY24 while NNPA surged by 11 bps to 0.28 per cent in Q4 FY23 versus 0.17 per cent in the last quarter of the same year.

In 2023, the bank had paid dividend twice to its investors – Rs 0.75 in March and Rs 0.50 in July.

Shares of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank on Saturday’s special trading session closed at Rs 52.71 on the BSE, up 1.33 per cent from the previous close of Rs 51.46. The stock opened at Rs 53.69 while it touched an intra-day high of Rs 53.69 and low of Rs 53.25, as per BSE.
