After putting in a bold front with the X100 Pro, Vivo is out to challenge Samsung in one more arena— foldables. The Chinese smartphone major is gearing to launch its first foldable phone—Vivo X Fold 3 Pro—in India soon. Vivo has not confirmed the launch date but it should be before Samsung’s next major Unpacked in July. Rumour has it that the X Fold 3 Pro may arrive as early as early June. It was first launched in China back in March 2023 alongside the Vivo X Fold 3.

It is using a carbon fibre hinge inside the X Fold 3 Pro that weighs only 14.98g. Vivo claims it is certified to withstand 500,000 folds by TÜV Rhinenland. IPX8 water resistance is available.
