West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2024: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) today (May 2) announced the Madhyamik result at 9 am. The WB 10th result link isreleased at 9:45 am at the official websites — wbbse.wb.gov.in and wbresults.nic.in.
A total of 9126598 appeared for the Madhyamik exam of which 7,65,252 passed. The pass percentage is 86.31%.
Among the districts, Kalimpong registered the highest pass percentage (96.26 per cent), followed by East Midnapore and Kolkata.
To collect the original mark sheets, the West Bengal Madhyamik students need to visit their respective schools a few days after the result declaration. To check the WBBSE Board Result 2024 online, students are required to have their roll code and roll number. Last year, the WB Madhyamik exam result was released on May 19, 2023.
WB Madhyamik Result 2024: How to Check WBBSE Madhyamik Results
Step 1: Visit the official website – wbbse.wb.gov.in orwbresults.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘Madhyamik Result 2024’ Link available on the homepage
Step 3: Enter your credentials such as roll number, date of birth, etc.
Step 4: Click on the submit button
Step 5: The result will display on your screen
Step 6: Download the result in pdf form and save it for future reference
This time, the WB Class 10 exams were conducted between February 2 and February 12, in a pen-paper mode. The exams were held in 2,675 exam centres across the state.
The WB Madhyamik result will also be available on a few mobile apps. The list of mobile apps available for Madhyamik result are:

In 2023, the overall pass percentage was 86.15 per cent. Devdutta Majhi is the West Bengal Madhyamik topper. A total of 6,98,628 students registered for the class 10 examinations.
Students must have a pre-registered phone number to receive their results via SMS shortly after the Madhyamik result is released.
Students will also have the option to request photocopies of their answer booklets and OMR sheets. After the announcement of the class 10 results, students who fail to clear the exams will be able to appear for the board compartment exams. Information about the compartmental exams will be announced after the board class 10 result declaration.
