Finally, after nine long years, Diablo Immortal has announced the introduction of a brand new class for players. This exciting addition is called the Blood Knight, allowing players to embody the role of a vampire. The Blood Knight class will be available in the game starting on July 13.
Exploring Diablo’s New Class: Blood Knight
For those curious about the Blood Knight class, it is a mid-range class with the ability to perform both melee and ranged attacks depending on the situation. This class draws heavy inspiration from vampires, possessing incredible speed and strength during nighttime gameplay.
As a mid-range class, players will have access to various abilities to use against opponents, such as impaling enemies with a spear or siphoning their blood. Players can also transform into an unholy “abomination” known as the Manpire, completely altering their abilities. Every player will be able to try out the Blood Knight class for a limited time, free of charge.
Introducing Diablo IV Season of the Malignant
In other Diablo news, the mainline installment, Diablo IV, is launching its first season called Season of the Malignant. This new season, available on July 20, introduces corrupted enemies, Malignant hearts, Cage of Binding rituals, and more. Players will have the opportunity to earn additional rewards through the Season Journey and New Battle Pass, as well as new customization options.
