Api Koroisau extends contract with Wests Tigers, remains till 2026: NRL signing update 2023

Star hooker Api Koroisau has made a long-term commitment to the struggling Wests Tigers.

Despite a challenging first season with the club, including limited wins and a broken jaw injury, Koroisau believes in the Tigers’ future vision. He has signed an extension to stay with the team, coinciding with the start of the Benji Marshall era, which will begin when Marshall takes over from Tim Sheens at the end of next season.

Initially, Koroisau’s contract with the Tigers was for two years with a mutual option, allowing him to leave after next season if the option wasn’t exercised.
