If you’re wondering where to find these elusive items, Jackson clarified that they can be obtained anywhere regular Unique items are found and have a chance to drop from enemies at level 85 and above.

Rod Fergusson, Blizzard’s general manager of Diablo, recently disclosed that in order to participate in Diablo 4’s upcoming battle pass, players will need to create a new character.
The battle pass is scheduled to launch in mid-to-late July, alongside other seasonal content. It means that existing characters won’t have access to the new content, requiring players to start fresh with a brand new character.
