Meta has introduced an innovative game subscription service called Meta Quest+. Drawing inspiration from popular gaming platforms like Xbox Live Gold and PlayStation Plus, Meta Quest+ offers an exciting gaming experience for players.
For just $8 a month, or a discounted annual fee of $60, users can gain access to a wide array of games. Sign up before July 31 and enjoy the attractive introductory offer, where your first month will only cost one dollar. Subscribers will receive two games each month, which they can redeem on the first day. A remarkable feature of Meta Quest+ is that as long as you remain subscribed, you’ll have unlimited access to all the games added to the service. According to Meta’s official blog post, each month’s game selection has a value of up to $60 USD.
Meta has already lined up some thrilling games for the initial months. In July, players can enjoy the action-rhythm FPS, Pistol Whip, and the vintage-themed adventure, Pixel Ripped 1995. In August, the available games will be Walkabout Mini Golf and Mothergunship: Forge. Meta Quest+ is compatible with the Quest 2, Quest Pro, and the upcoming Quest 3, set to launch in the fall.
Meta made the official announcement of Quest 3 in early June. The 128GB version of Quest 3 will be priced at $500. With the Quest 3 Snapdragon chipset, players can expect more than twice the performance of the Quest 2. Additionally, the new model will be 40% slimmer and feature redesigned controllers. Further details regarding the Quest 3 will be disclosed at the Meta Connect event on September 27.
