Leaks suggest Apple iPhone 15 Pro will debut in an eye-catching dark blue shade

The highly anticipated iPhone 15 series is slated to be announced by Apple in September of this year. Apple, the famous tech company based in California, is expected to release four models in the upcoming iPhone lineup: the standard iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Although Apple has not officially confirmed any specific details about these smartphones, a recent leak has revealed an exciting update: the iPhone 15 Pro may introduce a captivating dark blue color option.

According to a report by MacRumors, in collaboration with tipster Unknownz21 (@URedditor), the forthcoming iPhone 15 Pro might come in an exclusive dark blue color with a subtle grayish tone.

The tipster’s tweet suggests that the rumored blue color for the iPhone 15 Pro has not been officially confirmed and could potentially be a test configuration. It is believed that this leaked color is being used as a prototype to evaluate the durability of the PVD coating on the new titanium material used in the device.

The leaked information indicates that the new dark blue shade for the iPhone 15 Pro is reminiscent of the color option previously seen on the iPhone 12 Pro models. The leak also hints at other potential color choices for the phone, such as Silver, Space Gray/Space Black, and a Titanium Gray shade. The leaked renders of the smartphone also showcase a brushed finish, which could suggest the use of a new titanium material in its construction.

In addition to the aforementioned details, it is expected that the iPhone 15 Pro will maintain the design elements of its predecessor, the iPhone 14 Pro. Leaked images depict the iPhone 15 Pro featuring a two-button design for the volume controls, as well as a familiar camera module on the rear housing a triple rear camera sensor and an LED flash.
