Moving Out 2 set to launch on August 15 by Team17

Prepare yourselves, as a delightful combination of Team17, SMG Studio, and Devm Games have recently unveiled the much-awaited release date of August 15 for Moving Out 2, the stunning sequel to their physically demanding furniture moving simulation game.

In Moving Out 2, players will accompany the energetic Furniture Arrangement Relocation Technicians (FARTs) on an exciting journey across new cosmic destinations, following the explosive finale of the original game. While the core gameplay mechanics of lugging couches remain intact, this sequel showcases additional imaginative stages, some of which involve packing up mouthwatering confections.

Essentially, Moving Out 2 offers more of what made its predecessor so captivating. Expect a fresh assortment of levels to conquer and an expanded roster of movers to embody. However, let it be known that Moving Out was not simply about maneuvering refrigerators and color TVs. It presented players with challenging conditions throughout, and the sequel maintains that engaging aspect.

Personally, I can’t wait for Moving Out 2. It has become one of my favorite couch co-op experiences, enjoyed with my parents and husband. Compared to the frantic chaos of Overcooked, it offers a slightly less stressful gameplay, reducing the likelihood of my mother resorting to violence against my father. I’m eagerly anticipating another opportunity to push them to their limits.

Moving Out 2 will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC starting from August 15, 2023.
