Save the Date: Amazon Prime Day 2023 is set for July 11th and 12th

Save the Date: Amazon Prime Day 2023 is set for July 11th and 12th

It’s that time of year once again! Amazon has recently announced its eagerly anticipated annual sales event for Prime members – Amazon Prime Day. This year, Prime Day will officially begin at 3AM ET / 12AM PT on Tuesday, July 11th, and will run through Wednesday, July 12th.

If you can’t wait until the Black Friday / Cyber Monday shopping season, then Prime Day is the perfect opportunity to grab some incredible deals on a wide range of products. However, we should remain cautious as Amazon has surprised us in the past with additional sales events prior to Prime Day.

While we don’t have all the details yet, based on previous years, it’s highly likely that the biggest discounts will be available on Amazon devices. We’ve seen significant price drops on everything from smart displays to streaming devices, including products from Amazon-owned companies like Ring and Blink. So, keep an eye out for great deals on the latest Echo Dot or the Ring Video Doorbell 2.

Similar to last year, early deals will be available weeks before the main event. You can expect up to 55 percent off on Echo speakers, Eero mesh Wi-Fi routers, and other Alexa-enabled devices starting as early as this week. Amazon also plans to reduce prices on various services during the 48-hour event, including discounts on Amazon Music Unlimited, Audible, and Amazon Prime Video.

However, Prime Day isn’t only about Amazon devices and services. This two-day sales extravaganza also offers fantastic savings on other electronics such as robot vacuums, wireless earbuds, laptops, charging accessories, and 4K TVs. Well-established brands like Bose, Theragun, and many more will have select products with the “lowest prices so far this year”. Additionally, you can find excellent deals on tabletop games, home goods, toys, beauty products, and much more.

As always, these incredible Prime Day deals are available to Prime members in the US and several other countries worldwide, including Australia, Germany, Japan, and more. Stay tuned, because we will be sharing the best Prime Day deals from Amazon and other competing retailers holding their own sales events. Make sure to bookmark The Verge dot com and check back between now and July 11th for extensive Prime Day coverage.
