She captioned her post saying, “Ladies, practicing yoga daily can be life-changing, and here are 5 asanas that are perfect for you! Regardless of the yoga flow or practice I choose, I always make sure to wear comfortable, soft, moisture-wicking athleisure wear.”

Here are the recommended asanas:

  1. If you have a stiff spine, try Bitilasana Marjaryasana to reduce knots and stiffness. Practice this asana for at least 15 seconds to 3 minutes daily.
  2. If you have acidity or digestion issues, Vajrasana can help. Try holding the pose for 15 seconds to 3 minutes.
  3. For tight hips, perform Kapotasana for 15 seconds to 3 minutes daily.
  4. For a quick full-body burn yoga workout, incorporate the Phalakasana posture and hold it for 15 seconds to 3 minutes.
  5. If you’re dealing with constipation or gas, try Pawanmukhtasana.
