Adipurush Box Office Prediction: After overcoming a string of controversies and dilemmas, Adipurush, the 2023 Bollywood movie starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, is all set to hit the screens on June 16 under the directorship of Om Raut. The film has garnered significant traction in advance booking and is poised to deliver a blockbuster opening. Trade experts suggest that the movie could gross Rs 40-50 crore on day one. Interestingly, the film has also garnered immense response in advance booking in the US.
Trade analyst Sumit Kadel predicts that Adipurush is likely to fare better in the South and estimates that it could collect Rs 30 crore (Hindi), Rs 60 crore (Telugu and other languages), and Rs 80-100 crore (all languages) on day one. The movie is expected to record a historic global opening with collections ranging from Rs 120-140 crore. As of Wednesday morning, the film had already sold tickets worth $490,000 (approximately ₹4.10 crore). Notably, one seat in every theatre will be kept vacant as a mark of reverence to Lord Hanuman Ji.
Given the pre-sale hype, Adipurush is poised to be a blockbuster. The movie has a runtime of 2 hours and 59 minutes and the star cast has been encouraging fans to watch it with their families.
